I didnt have any problems with her.

Dr. Neal was my doctor for the last 10 years. I should have switched years ago when she made me wait 3 hours to see her. She was always late to appointments and was disrespectful of my time. I chose to stay with her because she did have GREAT bedside manner but I'm second guessing it now. I had to have a C-Section with my second daughter and ended up with a pelvic infection and complications from the surgery. I complained for 3 weeks of a fever that was continuously over 101 and I was very anemic and kept passing out. I was told by her that it was a wound infection and my hormones were part of the symptoms. I went to the ER only to be discharged because she refused to admit me. I ended up going back to the ER the next day to find out she went out of town and I demanded to get admitted and have some tests done. Well 1 week in the hospital and 4 weeks of IV antibiotics later I finally was feeling better. Its been 7 months and I still have sever pelvic pain. Going to get a… second opinion on that since she didn't seem concerned about it.

Dr. Sandra is an excellent doctor,She makes you feel relaxed but she is professional too I am recommended her too all my friends and family. she put no fear into you at all! Great "bedside Mannerr "

Dr.Sandra Neal goes above and beyond. I wish all doctors were like her, it would be a better world.

Excellent Dr. Caring, personable, knowledgeable & trust worthy in treatment plans. Always takes her time with myself and other patients. Wait time can be a little long but is well worth it!! Most caring health professional I have ever met

Dr Neal is wonderful ! She has amazing bed side manner, and is so caring, listens to every word you say, she makes you feel like you are her only patient. I see some people complain that you have to wait when your at her office. I would rather wait to see a wonderful caring Dr then to get shuffled in and out to see a Dr or an Assistant who has no idea who you are ! I am very sad that our Ins has changed after 13 years and I have to find a new Dr.

Horrible experience!! Would give no stars if I could. I waited for over 2 hours before I even seen the doctor!! And no one acknowledged how late they were. Completely disrespectful of my time, especially when I had to leave work early (and therfore lost pay) to wait this long. If I was this late for an appointment in my line of work, I'd be fired! Save yourself some time (literally) and NEVER come here!

Dr. Neal is kind, compassionate and interested in helping the patient. I would highly recommend her as she helped me with an issue I was having until it was resolved. She is the absolute best. You will not be disappointed.

Very through kind hearted dr. I wish the waits weren't so long every time I see her but she is a great doctor

Dr. Sandra Neal is a very friendly and caring doctor who takes the time to answer all my questions. My main frustration is that I routinely wait well over an hour at her office at every appointment, even when I have early morning appointments. Also, the office doesn't seem to have a proper voicemail system in place, because often when I call I just get a busy signal.
