Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: I chose a career in medicine to use my health care knowledge to prevent illness and disease while helping individuals adopt healthy lifestyle behaviors. I wanted to be part of the solution for the shortage of primary care providers while facing the challenges of managing chronic disease.What I want my patients to know about me:Patient will encounter a positive, caring and understanding approach to the management of their health while working with them to achieve their health care goals.What I do when I'm not seeing patients:My hobbies include gardening, billiards, reading, art, and spending time with my husband, friends and family.
