You will spend more time with the nurse than the Dr.,no matter how close from previous visit, the nurse will ask again all your medical history, preventive care etc.The Dr. ordered to the pharmacy medication w/o talking to me first about my blood test results and w/o checking my previous bad reaction to the medication that I specifically reported. Takes 1 week to return calls. Doesn't listen to questions or concerns.Every time you go you need to obtain a parking pass from the computer and it takes several phone calls to have them email it to you.

Everytime I come in , The staff is extremely friendly and caring. I havent had this experience at any other medical facility. The front and back staff was warm and made all efforts to get me in A.S.A.P. Thanks!
