Sandra Tan, MD

Dr. Tan is a excellent doctor. She is a very caring person, we couldn't as for a better doctor. The time she spends with use, she answers all are questions so we understand everything. Excellent bedside manner. I do not care for the new phone system, the ladies that answers the phones most of the time are very unprofessional and lacks medical knowledge. I called and ask to speak with or leave a message for Dr. Tan's assistant. She asked me why, I told her as she looking some up on her computer, humming away and could not help. About 10 minutes later she put me through to Dr. Tan's assistant. (Carman is very nice when she answers the phone). The ladies at Dr. Tan's office are very nice and caring!

I have gone to Dr. Tan twice, both times I have seen her she does not actually address what I am there to be seen for. The first time I went, I was being seen for my check up after having my son, she gave me a prescription for BC and let me go on my way. She did not do any type of actual exam. The second time I went in I was being seen due to a cough and ear pain. She half addressed the ear pain in one ear, not both and n ever addressed the cough even though I kept insisting about it. Needless to say there will not be a 3rd time.

I was given Dr Tan at a low point in my life financially, I was on disability and could not pay for services. That was her first year in practice (1996), and she is still my primary Dr today! Plans, jobs & income have all changed over the past 9 years, but not my Dr..
