Excellent and caring Dr thank you for helping me . First time visit with Dr Urrego she understood my medical needs and wasted no time on explaining and getting done what I needed Greatly appreciated

Cannot begin to describe how upset I am at hearing how Dr Urrego treated my mother on a recent visit. Since when is it appropriate to ridicule a patient and sarcastically ask if the patient is the doctor? Little empathy or patience and clearly bad bedside manner. On the visit I attended, she did not answer any questions. Do not recommend.

Dr. Urrego has been our family physician for eight years now and I would not want to have to find another one. She is very compassionate and caring, and always talks to us like we are human and not just an appointment. If there is a problem she can't take care of, she will get us to the right Dr. to care for that issue. The staff are wonderful or the most part (you will run into a bad egg everywhere you go). The only problem we have with the clinic is corporate changing things which make it difficult to get the care you need sometimes. They need to step back and let the Doctors and other staff do their jobs (which as stated above they are very good at) and not treat patients like cattle so they can make a few more dollars. I would definitely recommend Dr. Urrego to anyone.
