Dr. Sandra S Werbel, MD

Dr. Werbel is fantastic; however front staff needs training in how to greet the public. They are rude and don't even greet you. I only saw Dr. Werbel 3 or 4xs before leaving this group. To get an appointment scheduled, you will have to wait 3 to 6 months even though you are already established with them and are having a specific problem.

So disappointed as the front staff is so unfriendly. Even though I arrived 20 minutes early, I had to wait over 40 minutes. But first given paperwork to fill out and within minutes called back to do BP and weight like they were in a hurry, only to sit in a room with a closed door for over 40 minutes waiting for the Dr. I went out to ask how long the Dr. Will be and I am next. I heard that when they ushered me in though. Finally saw Dr. Werbal and she gave me less than 10 minutes.

I was sent to this so called specialist by my Primary Dr. Werbel immediately dismissed my primary Drs. Lab results, and told me I was lacking Vitamin D in my diet. Irregardless of the fact I am an outdoor person who enjoys FL. Beaches, snorkeling, kayacking, have a convertible, lives out in the country with many chores to do outside. I also take multivimans. I mentioned I had a sore, rather large area next to my Thyroid. She dismissed it as an enlarged lymph node, without even feeling my neck. She did give me a lab slip to check out my blood for a citimen D defiency. After weeks of inguiring about the results..someone, NOT THE SO DR. TOLD ME MY VITIMEN LEVEL WAS FINE AND FEPORTS WERE SENT TO MY DR. MY DR. NEVER RECIEVED THEM..After getting another opinion, my throid scan showed POSITIVE FOR A LARGE THYROD TUMOR THAT SHOWS MANY OF THE ATTIBUTES OF THYROID CANCER! Biopsies have been order STAT. Unless you are willing to be totally ignorant of what is going on in your body, and don't… care much about living a full life..By all means see this Werbel person. SHE ALSO HAS/HAD A WEBSITE THRU ACCENT PHYSICIANS. NONE OF MY QUESTIONS WERE EVER ANSWERED. LAST TIME I CHECKED THEY WERE IN THE PROCESS OF RE-Doing it. If I could have the option of rating this so called dr..it would be ZERO!! Have also noticed my PREVIOUS RATING OF WERBEL WERE DELETED!! WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF ASKING FOR A RATING WHEN NEGATIVE ONES JUST CONVENIENTLY DISAPPEAR????
