Simply the Best!

I have been a patient with Dr. Yoo for several years now. I had always been impressed with her thoroughness and obvious care she showed for her patients. I recently had an appointment and was very disappointed, so much so that I am looking for a new doctor. The office needed to get test results from a hospital in order to treat me so my care was delayed which may have been the fault of the hospital, however it was determined that I needed a different antibiotic so the office called one in for me. The problem was that the antibiotic they called in was one I had a known allergy to. When I called with this concern, it took almost a day to get a return phone call. No apology or explanation but they said that they would call in a different antibiotic. They didn't. I had to fight with them to get the proper antibiotic called in. They also called with other test results in which it came out that they didn't know that I was a Type 2 Diabetic even though I have always stated it in my… health history. In addition to all of this, there were several times during the week when I tried to get a hold of someone to get answers and my phone calls were not returned. I'm not sure what happened to the office staff over there, but the mistakes I experienced shook my trust enough that I now feel I need a new doctor.

She never see the patience on time. All of my appointments were late at least for 30 to 40 minutes. She does not have experience to understand the disease and medication management needs. She just was rude and deny the patient need with her poor judgment and experience as doctor. She is the least competent doctor I even met. She is so stubborn too. She refuse to listen to the patient. Please do not loose your health, energy and your precious time with her.

From the time you walk in this office til you leave the staff and doctors make you feel like you are their number one patient.

I've visited Dr. Yoo twice and both times, she evaded my questions. The second was for a complete physical. She only touched me once - to listen to my heart, lungs and abdomen. She never asked me to remove any clothing or asked me any questions about my health history. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Need to find a different primary care doc.

Unfortunately I moved away, so I no longer get to see Dr. Yoo. She's always extremely helpful, discusses potential treatments and side effects, and is very friendly and caring. I think once when I had to see her there was a little wait once I was in the room (not waiting room), but besides that she always came in right away. She never seemed like she was trying to rush me and would listen to all symptoms/questions/concerns.

Dr. Yoo is probably the kindest, caring doctor ever! She is absolutely wonderful. I have had her as my PCP forever and hope I never have to change.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yoo's for almost 10 years now & absolutely love her! She is compassionate, caring, actively listens to what I have to say and takes all the time needed to get a complete picture of what's going on with me. As an added bonus, the entire staff & her nurse Suzie are awesome!

I have been seeing Dr. Yoo for as long as I can remember (I am currently 22 years old). She is very caring and even though I have moved an hour away I still choose to see her for all major appointments I need to make.

I've been with Dr. Yoo for quite a few years now and she is one of the best that I've experienced. She is not afraid to scold me (gently) if I neglect to follow her instructions and at the same time she comes accross as very professional and very caring.
