0 stars for the dermatologist who told me that zinc has absolutely no affect WHATSOEVER on your hormones (A quick Google search and one will find medical journals teaching the opposite). She also refused to explain the difference between laser hair removal and electrolysis. I asked her if she would explain the difference to me and she could not. Just that one was done by a medical professional and one was not.. also not true. I looked at her said “Well, that’s what Google is for, I guess” Please, ladies take your business to SOMEONE ELSE, someone who really wants to help women understand their bodies and isn’t trying to push some experimental medication on you. Birth control is not the only way to regulate hormones. I will be complaining about this provider on ever platform so that I can to get the word out.

My teenage son had a phone consult with Dr. Ro-Yim, and based on the pictures sent to her and the conversation, she dismissed the skin problem and prescribed an antibiotic and an ointment. His rash was much improved within a week, by the time of the second phone consult. She is attentive and answers all questions patiently. Very satisfied. Thank you.
