It can sometimes feel like the pressures we face overtake our every thought and seeing past it can feel impossible. My experience includes assisting clients develop (Specific, Measurable, Action Oriented, Realistic, and Timely) S. M. A. R. T. goals, providing guidance and coping skills to manage life's pressures.

I started my career in counseling because I found that fears and uncertainty about the future can cause many people to feel alone and doubt their potential. One of the things I love most about helping people, is identifying what strengths they already have and working with them to develop a plan of action to achieve their goals. I enjoy helping clients brainstorm ideas about what they want to achieve and provide them a safe space to explore their options without fear of judgement. In my work I challenge …clients to identify that inner critic and process how thoughts and what they say to themselves influences how they feel and what they do. I work to help you find solutions, become mindful about how your thoughts, emotions, and actions influence you, and build on your successes.
