The clinical director position at our County Dental offices is a stepping stone to partner. As a clinical director, you will establish an intimate understanding of the operation of our business model and operating systems. Through a partnership with management and clinical staff, you will grow and develop the practice.
The clinical director also fills the following roles:
Leader and Role Model
You will provide leadership and direction by excelling in all aspects of general dentistry. You will also set clinical standards through treatment planning and execution of a range of general and cosmetic cases of varying complexity.
Treatment and Patient Care
You will manage each patient’s course of treatment, including scheduling the next visit, overseeing payments, recalls, consents, and proper financial statements.
Exposure
You will attend health fairs and establish relationships to enhance our exposure in the community, identify our patient …base, and promote County Dental. You will coordinate with directors for continuing education seminars, and maintain a relationship with dental societies and schools to recruit future employees.
