Dr. Sangita Rangala, MD

I had a really bad experience with her . couple of days ago I went to Edward 127st Plainfield location. I explained to her my condition . She prescribed the medication before test . She ordered X-rays. I waited for along time for the X-rays report which is ok, but Dr. never came to explain me what is in the report . The nurse came with discharge papers with no explanation. I had to google my diagnose on my own. I have been going to Edward so long but this the worst experience I had . After seeing her my symptoms didn't improve so I had to go see my Physician twice.

Dr Rangala is in a league all her own. She has the best listening skills of any ER doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and being treated by. I think when students are in med school they should watch a video of this doctor in action to learn the true definition of bedside manner. I was in the er for a very complicated diagnosis and Doctor Rangala ordered extensive tests ruling out serious complications consulted with my other team of doctors promptly and when the tests came back negative literally came into my room with her hands raised in the air jumping up and down saying it’s negative it’s negative. I am blessed to have been treated by many great doctors cardiology oncology and on and on but I am considering myself doubly blessed to have been treated by this doctor thank you!

I am not thrilled about doctors in general but this woman was so down to earth and kind to me she deserves to be complimented and to let others know she is to be trusted. After many terrible past experiences, it was refreshing to have someone so caring. I wish she could be my general doctor.
