D. Zehra is chronically late - even for the 1st appointment of the day. Last time I was there with terrible earache, she was late 17 min. to her 9am apt and over half an hour to mine - very frustrating. On my previous visit I waited half an hour in the waiting room, another 15 min. for a nurse in the exam room and half an hour for the dr. Needless to say, I was very upset and told the staff that they have scheduling problem. The appt. itself took only 10 min - I needed a referral for an x-ray. She usually looks at her laptop screen when she talks to you and s not very warm (the same goes for the staff - I don't thing I ever saw anyone smiling in that office! I was not impressed with her knowledge - she provides limited medical advice, referrals and no follow ups. I'm determined to find another primary care dr.

If your looking for a doctor that is compassionate to your health concerns keep looking this is not the doctor for you

I don't normally write reviews, but I was very surprised to see the negative reviews on this site and felt that I had to put in by two cents. Dr. Zehra is a very good doctor and really spent the time with me to go over my concerns. I was able to get an appointment to work around my schedule and the staff was very courteous.

Excellent doctor, spent full 25min with the issue I went in with. Explained the care plan and walked me through the treatment options and the best option recommended for my health problem. She is very caring and have a very friendly staff as well. I'll recommend her to all my friends and family.

Very disappointed in displayed diagnostic ability. I went in with an orthopedic injury and she did not even make an attempt to exam me or even a pertinent history. I have received more comprehensive exams from EMTs. The staff was great but I felt like I payed a $30 copay to be weighed and have my blood pressure checked.
