Dr. Sanija Bajramovic, MD

I am not sure if I should be taking the time to write a review since there are numerous negative review that don't seem to have any effect on the way she treat patients. I worked with Dr. Bajramovic after I had my thyroid removed due to cancer. She prescribed my medicine and pretty much didn't want to hear anything about how I was doing. I repeatedly complained of various issues I was having and she told me to go see a therapist. After doing research (that is readily available), it turns out that my complaints are very common among people who do not have a thyroid. What do you know...after ditching her and going to another doctor, changing my dosage among other things, I feel like a new person. She wasted 8 months of my life feeling alone, depressed and hopeless. Shame on you Dr. (I Use the word loosely) Bajramovic. Stop being complacent and start doing research and actually helping your patience. You were over medicating me to the point of being almost a zombie! This is… bordering on malpractice.

She is extremely thorough and responsive. She makes me feel very comfortable with her quite warm and charming personality. Best doctor I ever had!

She is not knowledgeable in the field of diabetes. Misreads bloodwork results and offers advice incorrectly based on such bloodwork. She is extremely condescending and opinionated about things that have no bearing on treatment. Her bedside manner is nonexistent and actually is anxiety-inducing. It now makes sense that she had availability when all the other endocrinologists in the area are booked weeks and months in advance. Please stay away.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bajramovic for 10+ years for my thyroid condition. She is thorough, caring and pro-active. And, she does expect you to be part of the solution and to follow good sound advice.

Knowledgeable but does not spend much time listening to patient. Treatment plan is difficult to determine sometimes.

Dr. B saved my life by identifying thyroid cancer after feeling (palpating) my throat I went in for symptoms of hypothyroidism. She thought she felt something and turned out to be a tumor. She has been very careful about follow up and chasing down any possibility of its return. The staff are really nice and great, thank you guys!!

I personally had a very bad experience with her. She had no compasssion, was extremely judgemental and patronizing and most importantly made a very poor treatment choice for me without taking proper tests.

A great doctor and a wonderful human being. She has been my doctor since the 1990's and I think she's wonderful. If there was something unusual with my test results she would call me right away on my cell phone on a Sunday night. She is always thinking about her patients. I don't know why some people give her low ratings, I have never had a bad experience with her. I have recommended a lot of people to her and no complaints. She sees hundreds of people each week and I understand some will not be satisfied. Many people blame the doctor when it is really the fault of the insurance company or laws that force doctors to do things they don't agree with. The laws have changed and communicating with a doctor by phone has become more difficult. Everything must be documented. Doctor Bajramovic is highly respected by her peers and she continually gets some of the toughest cases. I know this because I work for a physicians who regularly refers his patients to her. She is Excellent.

She didn't bother to look at the list of medications I gave her (steroids being one of them) and she promptly ordered a test that should never be taken while on steroids. Therefore the test results were worthless. Maybe she should re-imburse me and my insurance company for the cost of the test. She was also very rude; She would rather listen to herself talk than listen to the patients symtoms. I would NEVER suggest this doctor to anyone.
