My rating is based on my objective for seeking the doctor's professional service and my subsequent subjective assessment of this service. I left my appointment feeling the frustration and perplexity one encounters when suddenly confronted with overt NPD. Physician, heal thyself.

He was my doctor a few years ago at scranton counseling and also in the psych hospital. He didn't spend that much time with me at the counseling center but you can tell he made decisions regarding my medication with caution and in my best interest because he read the therapist notes. He was available when I went for emergency appointments and took the time to adjust medications due to stressful events. In the hospital, I saw him every morning and without his expertise and compassion since I was very bad off, I would still be struggling tremendously.

I would not recommend this dr. Instead of calling me back he and his staff let’s me wait 3 business days and the. Magically the call gets disconnected. I have pnes and was searching for a psychiatrist because that is what my neurologist recommended. So I sat 5 days total more in pain (on top of the mistake geisinger made) when I could of been calling around for another doctor that would take me on as a patient. Over a month I’ve been looking for help. Thanks a lot for caring(sarcasm)!

I was a patient of his years ago and I need to find a psychiatrist due to my seizures. I was referred back to this doctor by my therapist and waited 3 business days and I haven’t heard a word from their office. He refuses to take me back as a patient because I refused medication years ago. Now I’m having a new issue and this is what my neurologist recommended, to see a psychiatrist to help with PNES. A call would have been nice so I can keep searching instead of waiting. So much for caring for anyone that needs medical help. I don’t want the medication anyways but it’s what I was told I needed to make these seizures stop. So thanks a lot! Don’t recommend this office at all.

you can try and cover up your horrible reviews but you are a horrible doctor and you know it

extremely rude and unprofessional belittles you and makes you feel stupid when you ask questions about medications dismisses you and talks over you then when asking you questions smirks and laughs when you give an answer completely inappropriate when walking out of the office him and the office staff where talking about a patient that called about her medication and they were making a joke about her dose being high enough and that she just wants pills do not recommend at all not a single nice thing i can say about my experience...

he is the one who needs mental help. this doctor is being paid by the anti depressant drug companies. look him up on cms.gov and you can see how much he’s been paid by them over the years. didn’t spend more than 5 minutes with him before he kicked me out of his office. all he mentioned was me going on antidepressants. didn’t listen to me or my history, didn’t want to know. from the minute i sat down he was rude, ignored everything i said, including the previous medicine and therapy i’ve been on for 5+ years that’s been working for me. didn’t even want to hear about it. i feel violated and sorry for anyone trying to get help and have this be the person they end up with.

The doctor wouldn't even talk to me for more than 5 mintues. I had already done research on the treatment plan that I wanted and the doctor wouldn't listen and asked me to leave. Fraud.
