Dr. Sanjay Goyal, MD

My husband had a surgery and was referred to Dr Sanjay Goyal For a follow up visit. It took me three weeks to get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment for my husband.The receptionists was very rude and didn’t care about our concerns. I asked for the doctor to call me since she didn’t show any concern to make the appointment. She also put me on hold for more than fifteen minutes. I had to hang up and call back and she put me on hold a second time without listening what I have to say. I also find it odd to believe that this doctor doesn’t accept my insurance which is UHC choice. I also explained my frustration to her. It she didn’t seems to care. What a shame they will loose my business and many others. What a disgrace!

This was the worst doctor I have ever encountered in my entire life. Came here with a client and was given an attitude on two occasions due to elderly client asking for clarification. He yelled at my client and when I intervened he yelled at me, told me to be quiet and asked his secretary to remove us. ( As if she could) .He proceeded to get into another verbal altercation with a different patient waiting. I will be switching my clients doctor immediately. Bedside manner horrible, condescending, slow and extremely disorganized!!!!
