On a recent visit appointments for blood work were given to 3 people at 9 am and me at 9:15, The nurse taking the blood did not show up until 9:30. When I went for my followup, same thing. Dr. J. showed up 1/2 hour after my scheduled appointment. 45 minutes later he showed me to an exam room where I sat like a potted plant for anther 20 minutes while staff looked for my blood results and Jain treated another patient. When I finally saw him he coughed constantly and I could barely understand what he said.

There is always a long wait in the waiting room before being called in, whether you have an appointment or not, then another long wait in the examining room before you see anyone. Lately, have not even seen the doctor, who the appointment was made with, but been pushed off with the Nurse Practioner.

He is top of the best from my perspective and his staff is A1

I dont understand average review. He is always there or a covering doctor. I have never had to wait more then 15 minutes of course it could happen if patient before me takes more time. The staff is great havent seen an off day however, that could happen , we all have them. As far as follow up he always says come in for follow up if some idiot doesnt do that thats not the doctor or the staff.

worst doctor ever. doesn't even know basic medical information, hes makes things up to cover when he doesnt know what hes saying and downright lies to his patients. He also never listens to anything you have to say.

I have been seeing Dr. Jain for over a year now, but have a few complaints that will make me reassess where I go for an internist. 1)If you make an appt - the office NEVER calls to remind you of the appointment. Even if it is a month later. In this day and age it's unacceptable. Many Dr.'s offices have the robocaller that automatically calls patients to remind them of appts OR they have the front office staff do it. 2)On one occasion I was slightly late for an appt (that mind you no one reminded me of) and was told in a scolding manner by the office staff "you're late" meanwhile NOONE was in his office. And mind you, ever time I go there appt or not, I have to wait a LONG time to be seen by the doctor. 3)Loooooooooong wait times. Had an appt at 4:15pm. I was actually early (big mistake). I waited 1 hr 30 minutes for a 5 min visit. NO APOLOGIES, nothing. This is unacceptable.
