While the doctor and the PA are so nice the staff is incredibly rude. My son is allergic to certain things. And they continued to order medicine he was allergic to after I had told them 10 times!

They never give you a courtesy call to remind you your next appointment.

The wait time makes it frustrating!

The receptionist is super rude. She lied to me multiple times. Told me they would call me when my children's medical records were ready to pick up. They never called. I finally called them after a couple of weeks and she told me that I would have to call back and talk with the guy that does the medical records. So I called back when he was there and he informed me that he did not do them but that he would get them ready for me. So no one ever even got them ready or anything. I paid $50 for them. Receptionist never offered me a receipt or any kind of proof of payment. Also when I took my son in for his 4 month well check, they informed me they were out of the shots for medicaid patients and that I would need to take him to health dept to get his shots before they would see him. They never called and told me to before his appt! Said they wouldnt have shots for medicaid patients until May. I told the dr he needed to let his patients know before they come in for their appt. He said they… were too short staffed to call anyone. This was a way better facility when Dr Gupta and his staff were still there. Dr Patel's PA is super sweet and also his employee, Jason. Aside from those 2, this staff is very ill-mannered.

This is the best Dr that I have dealt with in Midland/Odessa, he always has a smile & treats kids like they are his own . He will always make sure a parent is happy with treatment & will make sure that all necessary tests are done, spec. appointments arranged & medication is appropriate. He even returns your phone calls when a child is sick at home & will give phone advise. I totally love him and even though I do not live in Midland anymore we will never stop going to his office. I have referred some of my friends to him and they ended up keeping him as their kids Dr & do not even want to see another one. He is super polite, will hear to all of your concerns and questions and always answers exactly what you need to know, will never brush you off. I totally recommend this Dr to any parent! :-)

We see Dr. Sanjay at Gupta Pediatrics and can't recommend the practice and Dr. Sanjay enough. He always answers our MANY questions and takes extra time with us if we are concerned about just about anything. Our kids absolutely love "Dr. S" and the nurses and staff overall are just super. If you are looking for a pediatrician for your little one, this is the place to be.
