I think I may love Dr. Sastry s little more than my husband. He was so helpful with the pain I was having in my back/ Each time I leave his office, I am much more comfortable than I was when I arrived. He was so knowledgeable and his bedside manner is great! I would highly recommend him for pain management.

A blessing happened when my chiropractor suggested to see a pain management doctor. I didn’t know what to expect or what kind of treatment would be suggested. From the first visit, Dr.Sastry was interested to learn about my pain and how it came to be. His experience in pain management showed with my first treatment. For the first time in months I felt pain relief and was able to do most daily chores. Doc is a listener and makes sure that he addresses the issues. Dr. Sastry has treated me in the past with Trigger Point shots. They helped a great deal. When a fall triggered Bursitis in my leg I had no options. The surgery on the first leg was out of state. It became unbearable. I was not currently being treated by Dr. Sastry, but my husband suggested going back to him. He saw me repeatedly to ease the pain. The staff scheduled appointments a month out but called every time there was a cancelation. He saved me, and his nurse Robin. His previous nurse was also awesome. I'm glad he was there. A.T.

Once again I'm here posting because Dr Sastry took great care of me. I'm definitely improving since my first visit with him. I am living my life, doing things that I used to love doing. My name is Robert hesselbart and dr. Sastry has made a big difference in my life. He helps me with the pain in my back and a few other areas in my body. Is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make sure you know what he's doing and how to keep it from reoccurring. When I see him I usually walk out of his office feeling better already. Dr. Sastry is brilliant, kind, compassionate, and a blessing from God. Dr. S has been treating me for a while and each time I see him he wants to make me feel better. Trust me he is the doctor, you want to have at Coastal Pain &Neurology. I write this bc I've had experience with other health professionals there and nobody and I mean nobody comes close to Dr. S. It doesn't surprise me with all of the awards he had received. Today I was scheduled for a pain MGMT. appt., not with Dr. S As I was waiting I walked over to Robbie, his M.A. I'LL TELL you about her after this. Dr. S is extremely busy and follows a regimented schedule bc he is in high demand. Last Friday, I went for my routine pain intervention and after the numbing wore off my buddy was telling me "something is wrong" So today when I was there for pm appt., Dr. S took the time to examine me and explained to my sister and I, I had an allergic reaction. He, along with Robbie too the time to revert me too another… doctor. My point is not one medical person there would have helped me the way Dr. S did, without an appt. to boot. He is my hero! From the minute I walk into his procedure room until the end of my treatment, he demonstrates just how much he cares for your well-being. It's a shame that other health Care professionals don't learn from him. I trust him with my life. Dr. SASTRY is phenomenal, brilliant, talented, kind, and most important he cares and listens to your needs. I have never met a physician like him in my life. I have worked with many physicians throughout my career, but Dr. S is not even close to the doctors I've worked with. He is truly a gift from God. I have been suffering from RSD/ CRPS overt 20+years. The day I met him I knew he was my hero He takes excellent care of me and each visit I have with him he continues to make life easier. His pain intervention techniques are outstanding.
