Dr. Sanjeev Jain, MD

Waters down serums for medicare patients. Office purposefully will not visit an MD appoint and serum shots together so they can bill you/medicare for 2 separate visits instead of 1. Nurses are rude. MD is rarely available. Nurses actively try to block your access to speaking with the MD. If you want to switch clinics, MD refuses to send your serum to your new office (illegal) or share what is in your serum with your new office (illegal), causing you to start your shots all over again. Even was told once (lied to) that medicare changed the size of the serum bottle so the office would have to start my shots all over again. Another time was told that medicare didn't send the serum, and that I'd have to start my shot series all over again. I called medicare multiple times to fact check and was told these were all not true. I was given all the factual information and was also told that these practices were to allow this MD office to bill medicare for additional shots that weren't… necessary... ie medicare faud. He keeps opening offices (12 now in 4 different states) and according to the staff in Oregon, they are understaffed and not in any position to be opening new offices, but he keeps doing it so he can expand his billing. HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A PATIENT. YOU ARE A PAY CHECK ONLY TO HIM. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Unprofessional and disrespectful of patients and their time. He needs training in customer service.

I saw Dr. Jain several years ago to get a couple prescriptions for my asthma and bee sting allergy. The nurses were ready to send me in my way but then he convinces me to do some testing for underlying allergies saying that my asthma might be caused by something else. I told him I had it since I was born and was sure it wasn't. He said he wouldn't fill my prescriptions unless I did the testing. I told him I didn't have much money and that I would only do it if I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket and if my insurance would cover it. He leaves then comes back and says it's fine and that my insurance would cover it. A couple weeks later I got a bill from him for $1,400 on the mail. I called his office to figure out what was going on and tried explaining the situation, but the receptionist just hung up on me. This happened several times. I then went to the office in person to get answers and they said they would take care of it. The following week I started getting collections… letters. Long story short is this guy is a CROOK! Stay far away.

After being advised to see an immunologist for a complex issue, I found Dr. Jain via online search and by reading his reviews. I have never felt so listened to by an MD ever. I never feel rushed out of the office as he is always willing to make time for ALL of my questions. I always feel respected & my concerns are taken seriously. Dr. Jain has extraordinary knowledge and thinks outside the box. His entire office staff is amazing and they all go to great lengths to provide kind & competent care and service. (this review is for Clark & Cowlitz County offices in Washington).

Our experience has been that Dr. Jain is a wonderful, intuitive, knowledgable doctor. I am amazed that he has a 100% success rate with curing food allergies. We are currently undergoing that process and find the staff wonderful. I understand that promptness is an issue but I would rather wait for time with a doc who is willing to answer all my questions than one who rushes through. Feel bad for those who have not had a positive interaction but that has not been our experience.

Takes time to listen and understand individual situation. Very thorough in diagnosis and treatment plan.
