Dr. Sanjeev Kapuria did the great job on my back for the pain I was having he did the ablation on me on Oct the 7 2019 and I feel so much better I am pain free if you are having back pain go to pain management at404 town park blvd suite 101 Evans Georgia I give him a Five star Thanks Dr kapuria

Dr. Kapuria is the best! He as always treated me with the utmost respect and given me top-notch healthcare! I recommend Dr. Kapuria to anyone who is serious about their health and wants a Doctor who will assess and treat their medical needs with the most honest and elite care. I am thankful to have Dr. Kapuria as my Doctor!

I feel he is a caring Dr and is very proffesdional but disregards what the patient says has to say regarding what has worked for them in the past as well as the present. Over all he is a great physician.

Dr. Kapuria DID NOT listen to my needs nor did he not attempt to allow me to speak about my conditions so that I could explain how I got injuries to my back and knee. He controlled where I could pick up my prescriptions. He was very impatient with me. I will not return to his office. He made an easy 2 - 5 grand off of my insurance.
