Dr Jain is a kind, responsive and wonderful Doctor. Her office staff are very supportive. She has successfully helped me for more than 15 years and also helped my son with a situational crisis. I highly recommend her.

After a very traumatic incident , I could no longer work due to Anxiety, Depression and PTSD. The Insurance company did not want to pay for any kind of medical treatments. They sent me to their Insurance Doctors. Several of these Insurance Doctors never even interviewed or examined me, then wrote negative reports, Claiming there was nothing wrong with me and No need for medical or Mental Health treatments. I needed surgery for damages to my body but also I was slipping further into depression and developing panic and anxiety attacks. Finally, the insurance company sent me to Dr Jain. Thank Goodness for Dr Jain and her staff because finally someone was listening to me and helped me. Dr Jain worked with me to determine which medicines worked best with brain chemistry. Her Staff discovered my medical records had been mixed up with a person with the same last name but was in another part of the state , different date of birth and Social security number. Careless record keeping by… the insurance company caused me terrible stress and increased my depression. Dr Jain and her Staff always treat me with respect and understanding. They are always very encouraging and professional with me. Assisting me every way they can. Thank You Dr Jain and Ivy DelValle for giving my life back to the best of my abilities.

Dr Jain had help me immensely. If you are up front and direct you will have no problems. She has worked with me to get the correct medication and doses.

This person should have her license revoked. She's the most unprofessional doctor I've ever encountered. She also seems to be rather dim.

I was satisfied with dr jain in the beginning. as time when i’m I started noticing in my visits you can tell she isn’t really genuinely listening to you, does not take notes, also accused me of lying about a job I am going to be getting very soon. also my visits aren’t cheap and I am legit in her office no less than/no more than 10 mins. started thinking what am I really benefiting from here? found out they talk to other patients to other patients (had experience) I am doing some thinking about changing doctors, I don’t feel like dr jain has my best interest at heart honestly.

Unfortunately Dr Jain over medicates. She thinks that pills will take all the pain and suffering away. Seen too many people pay a HIGH price for this....without therapy and family intervention you are screwed.....the medications she prescribed all interacted and it was not good. Think before you schedule to see her.

Dr Jain did not listen or take notes obviously as she asked my daughter and I the same questions during 3 rushed and very expensive visits. She seemed calculated and in caring. At times even rude. My feeling is that she is thinking about her bank account as you are talking to her. At the end of what I decided was my last session with her she mumbled something to me and when I asked her to repeat she refused. A frustrating waste of money. I do not recommend.

I first started going to see Dr. Jain two years ago. During that time she put me on two different medicines, a month later I was in a mental hospital. According to the staff there those two medications should NOT have been mixed and they took me off of one right away.I unfortunately continue to see her because of insurance problems, however I do not recommend her. The wait is over 45 mins. long and the appointments are less than 10 mins. long. Not to mention the fact that the secretaries are very rude and impatient. I think the only pleasant, nice and caring staff member is the nurse that takes care of the blood pressure and weight. Very sweet woman.Please be careful when choosing a psychiatrist, it is very important. If I were you I would not chose Dr. Jain.
