The allegations all over the internet are not false. At least with his staff. I can’t speak for patients. Last review on here was from 2020 and he left covenant with similar allegations, that I can confirm he has not stopped. He grooms his staff slowly before ya know.. and he gets away with it.

Very knowledgeable and excellent bedside manner. I have worked with him for 8 years and I am also his patient. I can absolutely say that the negative review mentioning sexual harassment and assault are completely false. What a despicable thing to say to try and harm the reputation of a highly respected and skilled surgeon

Dr Kaul is an amazing doctor and an amazing human being. He shows empathy and caring which is very rare. Most doctors want to spend as little time with you but he never makes you feel rushed. He operated on me and my husband and I have never had a bad experience.

He may be a wonderful urologist, however he’s a horrible human. He has made multiple sexual advances with his staff, which includes sexual assault on at least two staff members within the last year.

Dr. Kaul is my idea of a caring surgeon. He made me feel like I was the only patient in his practice and he was helpful at all stages. His skill is obvious and he did what he said he would do. I probably owe my life to him. He is very special.

Dr Kaul has a great bedside manner, great surgical skills and is very engaged with the pre and post operative care. He is a total Rockstar. I would highly recommend him to anyone in my family and friend circle/s. I seldom write these reviews...certainly felt the need to write one for Dr Kaul. You wont be disappointed!

My husband saw Dr. Kaul once in the Clarkston office. The office help was terrible. The Dr was not thorough at all. When we came back for our confirmed 2nd visit, the Dr. had moved out of the complex without any word. Left us with a life threatening disease without any word. Tried calling the office (Royal Oak) and they acted like there was no problem and would not even help us to get another appointment. Is this America? Can't even get good healthcare.

Zero stars is not an option. He is uncaring and incompetent. My only hope is that one day he receives the type of care he offers his patients. He is all about money at the cost of patient care, comfort, and proper course of treatment. He cuts first and then looks as scans and has caused irreversible loss to our family. Take your loved ones and run.

He is worse than a used car salesman. I take that back. Used car salesman have some ethics. Will sell you the moon. Lied about the procedure. Messed me up for life. SAVE YOUR SELF A HEART ACHE. He is not a good man, forget about being a good doctor.

Dr. Kaul was recruited by the practice as an excellent robotic and laparoscopic surgeon. He found a rare calyceal diverticulum that was misdiagnosed by a doctor at the University of Michigan and operated on me. Prior to surgery, he gave me his cell phone number so I could get in contact with him quickly. I don't know too many doctors who do that. He genuinely cares about his patients' well being. During surgery, while waiting for the results from pathology, before proceeding and possibly removing my kidney, he was elated that it wasn't cancerous. At my post op visit, he hugged me. He's a wonderful doctor! Don't hesitate in choosing him as your surgeon.
