I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Khetarpal and his staff. They took my symptoms seriously and displayed a sense of urgency. Being a female in my early twenties, I was pretty nervous to have my first colonoscopy. Dr. Khetarpal is caring and sweet and made me feel comfortable. The procedure ran extremely smooth and we were there for less than an hour total. Dr. Khetarpal was able to find the root cause of my symptoms. I don't see how anyone could give him less than a 5 star rating.

Through the years, I have used the services of three local doctors specializing in colonoscopies. I can say that Dr Khaterpal and his staff are outstanding. Efficient, thorough, professional, and caring would describe them. At last I have found a great staff. Thank you!

Nobody likes to talk about what they do, but I cannot imagine anyone helping patients feel more comfortable and informed than these people . Dr. Khetarpal and his nurses are great, all the time.

He is a wonderful Dr. who is really concerned.

I unfortunately had numerous issues with Dr. Kheterpal. Although his staff is very friendly, my issues have been ongoing for months. I've had to call many times to receive my test results - only to have them not return phone calls. Finally, I took a vacation day to meet Dr. Kheterpal for a scheduled appointment and he wasn't at the office for my appointment - nor did they have a record for my appointment. After admitting the mistake, I never received an apology.

I have had four colonoscopy visits with Dr. Khetarpal over the years. He is very caring, good bedside manner, good sense of humor and good about follow up. I would recommend him to anyone who needs this procedure.
