Dr. Sanjiv H Naidu, MD

Dr Naidu has done two surgeries of me, the first went well but I noticed one attribute that is missing with him. Once surgery is over and cast is remove you no longer see him or can contact him with concerns. There is NO email portal and trying to talk to him is impossible because you only talk to his PA or whatever (?). Once surgery is over you're finished, regardless of any issues you might have. I have been having issues with the second surgery and I tried sending him a personal letter and he never contacted me. Very uncaring. I have had numerous orthopedic surgeries and never confronted a surgeon that did not have a portal so you could ask questions or have a surgeon who would talk/call you personally. Very disappointed

Dr. Naidu did my carpal tunnel release (both left & right - on separate occasions)... Great communications, extremely caring, highly knowledgeable - I wouldn't consider anyone else for matters relating to my hands...

Thanks to Dr Naidu I have full use of my shoulder again. He is an excellent surgeon as well as kind, intelligent, and professional when dealing with his patients.

This doctor is the most arrogant s.o.b. ive ever met. He is not thorough at all, is EXTREMELY rude, unethical, and unprofessional. There were bloody bandages in a regular garbage can in the patient room i was in, legally they have to be disposed of in a red bin with a closed lid. His staff was also extremely rude as one of them screamed at me in the middle of his office. He also does not have a clue how to properly evaluate anything but what he's not supposed to be evaluating. Most horrible doctor i've ever been to! Wouldnt recommend him to my worst enemy even for something non-surgical. I most definately would not even trust this man to do surgery on an earth worm!

I went through painful surgery and recovery for nothing. Went to physical therapy at his office after surgery, terrible, drew out what should have been no more than one or two visits so they could charge more. Nothing new was introduced after the second visit. I can put ice on my own incision, thanks. Worst "occupational therapy" I have ever encountered. All this office cares about is getting paid. Doesn't care if surgery was successful or not. Will hound you if your insurance doesn't pay fast enough.
