Dr. Sanjiv Krishna Patankar, MD

After reading that Dr. Patankar was grossly negligent in his procedures that could have endangered many of his patients, I was glad to see that his license was revoked. I hope he never practices medicine again. He does not deserve the title of "Dr." It is incomprehensible to me that he could have treated his patients in a way that could have caused serious infection and disease. Thank god I only saw him once. Since I did not like his smug and arrogant attitude, I never returned. I'm sure many others were not as lucky. If I could give him no stars I would.

Patankar’s (no reason to write “Dr.” anymore) sleazy slimey arrogant attitude finally caught up with him. His medical license has been revoked after he grossly and negligently risked his patient’s health to save a few pennies. He should never work again.

He is fake caring to have people think he's a great doctor. He calls himself a great doctor. He is not. He did what he called a simple procedure in his clinic to my mom and she almost bled to death right after. He complained in the hallway to another doctor that he had to come into the hospital from New York to deal with this. I was standing right there.She had another complication on the operating table from him and he signed her off to another doctor and never saw us again. She passed rom him and he didn't know or care. I had to tell his office staff because they called to confirm a follow up appointment. He is despicable

I should have realized that if he can't make any top Doctor list after a decade of practice what should I have expected

I cannot say enough about Dr. Patankar. He saw me right away when he heard about my pain. He spoke to me about the issue and options. His staff was very friendly as well.

This Dr.is horrible. I seriously think he just sent me home to die, while waiting for a referral. As you read these reviews you may think " well, its just one bad review". But what if the patient was you.

Stay Away! I was treated unsuccessfully. Then I received a phone call from the billing department a year later asking when I was to pay my balance due. I requested a copy of the bill. It never showed. I finally had to drive to another location to physically pick up a copy of the bill. I paid the bill within a week of picking it up. After paying the bill, the Doctor's office decided to add a collection action to my credit report. Neither the Doctor himself or any of his staff take responsibility for his billing department. After hours spent attempting to correct the situation and a field trip to his billing department I finally got the item removed from the credit report. STAY AWAY!

My adult son had been ill for quite a while. He needed a colon rectal surgeon. Dr. Patankar came very highly recommended from one of my son's doctors. Dr. Patankar far surpassed anything I could have imagined. His pre surgery care, in hospital care and post surgical care was amazing. My son's surgery was a complete success. Dr. Patankar is kind, caring and compassionate to his patient as well as the patient's family. He is an excellent surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone who needs the care he provides.

Dr. Patankar helped me through a very painful illness with great kindness and understanding. I cannot recommend him more highly! He explained every step in a way that I could understand and he was very patient with me at each stage of the procedures I needed over several weeks.

He is the most caring Doctor, listens andtreats you as an individual not just asa patient...I am very thankful to havehim as my surgeon...
