Dr. Sanskruti Nitin Upasani, MD

Dr Upasani is probably the most compassionate human I have ever met. She is willing to explain her thought process, she does not jump to conclusions. I especially appreciate that she actually listens and processes what you say. I could ramble on an on, but I won’t. All I really need to say is that after 30 years of seeing psychiatrists, I have finally found one that can listen, can communicate her thoughts in a way that makes sense. I hope anybody reading this who needs help will call her. She is everything a doctor should be.

It's unfortunate that Dr. Upasani's overall rating is 3 stars just because one person had some administrative problem that is more so a problem of the U.S. healthcare system in general, than one that Dr. Upasani should have her reputation affected by. In any case, Dr. Upasani is a wonderful, caring, kind, knowledgeable and effective psychiatrist and I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Upasani is the most caring, supportive, and listening doctor I have ever seen. She offers constructive and on-point advice, and really listens to your concerns and symptoms. She goes out of her way to help, and I would recommend her to anyone who may be in crisis or needs support.

didn't tell me she stopped accepting my insurance until AFTER my appointment, and so I had to pay a lot of money out of pocket
