Dr. Santa Dalessio, MD

I have been seeing Dr D'Alessio for almost two years,and the care and instructions that I have received has been five star. This has been trying times and Dr. D'Alexei has been fabulous in helping me cope.

I was very disappointed in this Doctor along with her staff member. I had got behind an accident while on my way for my appointment at 3:15 and knowing it was making me run behind about 10 minutes I called and the person that answered the phone told me I would have to reschedule after taking off a half a day of work because I was running 10 minutes late but this doctor has made me sit beyond 20 minutes at a previous appointment and didn't care about that. To make matters worse the person that answered the phone said the Doctor was already running behind so really my being 10 minutes late would have went unnoticed had I not did the right thing and call. The person on the phone was very rude and did not want to hear my reason at all for running behind. After I informed her that I think it is awful considering the Doctor runs behind and makes me late but no problem there she said I am not going to schedule you another appointment I will have the doctor call you as she may want you to… find another doctor. The doctor never called me but I did get a letter stating that they will not be seeing me anymore. How do you like that ... I wanted to talk to the Doctor as I left a message for her to call me but she never even gave me the respect of a call back. Oh well Thank God there are not the only game in town.

I had an appointment to see the doctor, I was running a little late due to illness. No sleep the night before. I have lung issues as well as Stage 4 CKD. A lady called and was very gruff/nasty with me. I told her I'd be there in 15 minutes, no way, I'm being charged $100 for missing the appointment, which i could have made. A week later she called and cancelled my appointment for the next day do to snow. Said i'd have to pay $100 before i saw the doctor. All About Money, not me as a patient! Seeing someone else.

Dr. D'Alessio is a very caring doctor. She listened to me and answered all of my questions. She talked to me about my options. I would reccomend her to anyone looking for a Pulmonologist.

Santa D'Alessio, MD is one of the rare physicians who will collaborate with you on your heath care needs, great and caring listener, extremely knowledgeable and respected in her field . I would highly recommend her to anyone suffering from any type of pulmonary deficiency. RCook

Dr. D'Alessio is one of the most caring physicians I've experienced. She takes her time with her patients to understand and care for. She answered all my questions, and I didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door. Her and her staff go way and above to help in anyway possible.
