There may be a wait but to me it's worth it. I always get morning appointments. Besides if you need dental work I think it's best to go in the morning and get it over with. She knows what she's doing and she will explain to me what will be getting done. She's knowledgeable and I will go back.

Made an appointment three weeks in advance. I arrived before my appointment. As I am signing in I noticed all patients had to indicate their appointment times. Strangely enough I observed Patients were given appointments five to ten minutes apart. Hmm strange. The receptionist is very quick to get your insurance information and then the wait. I know from experience I was not going to be seen at my appointment time. At one point I felt that I was part of her herd waiting to be branded. I do not believe that amounts to quality care. It started to be standing room only and of course 90 minutes after my appointment time they accept a walk in. Not answering the patient's question how long was the wait as the receptionist who through out the time i was there was on the office phone off and on with personal business. Almost two hours into this I gave up and told the receptionist, who was in the middle of a personal conversation, I was leaving and she gave me look that stated ok and. Never… would I return. God only knows what catastrophe would have occurred if I allowed this Dentist to work on my teeth when she clearly super over books. Shameful.

I had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned, and waited for an hour and a half to be seen. The assistant took x-rays, and was about to put me back out in the overcrowded waiting room, when I protested. She responded to my complaint, and moved me in to the exam room, where I waited for another fifteen minutes. Sure, I felt better that they were willing to speed things up a little bit, but what about all those poor people stuck in the waiting room, using up their whole Saturday, listening to BOTH the TV and the radio on at the same time, at full volume? I guess she did look at my teeth, and they technically performed the cleaning I paid for, but I didn't leave feeling like my teeth were cleaner, or like I had any clue what was going on in there. I just feel like, if you're that busy, pay the staff to make it a smoother-running operation. I went because it's close to my house, but I won't be back.
