WARNING!! do not go here. Staff is rude and incompetent. They had opportunity to schedule a procedure 30 days in advance and last minute told me that I have re-schedule because they did not submit paperwork to insurance and blamed the entire incident on me. The Doctor did not support me even though staff was completely wrong, nor did he try to take medical issue seriously. I had to go to another doctor. I have family and my health is very important and this place does not occur. All the 5 star are BS, BEWARE about this place.

Left message with answering service. Did not receive a return call for 12 days. Called back and got service again. They say office is closed. I guess patients don't matter anymore.

Stay away from this “so called” dr He perforated my large intestine from 3 different places during a colonoscopy & didn’t tell me. I felt extremely weak & light-headed for 2 hrs at his outpatient clinic & then he scheduled a virtual colonoscopy & told my family to drive me there. Once at that clinic, I was told the shocking & extremely bad news & rushed to the hospital in an ambulance!!!! I could’ve died that day but this “so-called” dr didn’t care & left me to suffer..I lost my large colon & now live an abnormal life with large scars from the emergency surgery & a j-pouch. Please save yourself & your loved ones from this evil & incompetent low life!!!!

This office is terrible. We showed up 20 minutes early for the appointment to take care of any paperwork. There was one other patient there before us. When I went to pay the co-pay, they would only take cash if it was under $20, otherwise you were subject to a $2 fee. When I went to pay in cash, I was told they didn't have change but maybe when the doctor came in the doctor would have change. We, unfortunately, assumed the doctor would be timely since we still had 15 minutes before the appointment time. The paperwork was taken care of in 5 minutes and my daughter was called into the back, where they took her weight and blood pressure and sent back out into the waiting room. While waiting we got to listen to the staff laugh at a woman who called because she was Chinese and didn't speak English well. They continued to talk among themselves about a variety of things. 25 minutes after our appointment time, I asked if the doctor would be there soon. I was informed had been at the… hospital and would be there in 10 minutes. After another 20 minutes, the doctor was still not there so we left. I informed the receptionist that we would be leaving, as we had other things to do and the doctor was no where in sight. I also told her that All people have commitments. This simply all could have been avoided by the staff either calling to reschedule or informing us when we arrived of the doctor's situation. The complete lack of regard for the patients waiting, making fun of a patient who called and the indifference shown to patients makes me wonder what type of care they give.

The least helpful Dr I ever went to went in told to go for an endoscopy wouldn't even do one shoved some gas medicine in my face and told me to go home this guy's a joke and should have his Drs license taken away

The facilities were comfortable and the nurses were very accommodating. Dr. Cheela was great about sharing information and explaining the test results.

The time of waiting is ridiculous. Your appointment is certainly time and the doctor is never in the office. You have to waste almost the whole day to see him.

I really valued that he spent an adequate amount of time with me; I didn't feel rushed. He asked a lot of questions and listened to me. I've only had one appointment, but so far I'm pleased and would recommend him highly.

I believe Dr. Cheela is a great doctor because he spends a lot of time with patients, and genuinely cares about their health. I have been to many doctors who quickly get patients in and out of the door. Although you may have to wait to see him, he will give you the time, attention, and kindess you deserve.

Having worked in a hospital for several years, I have come across many physicians. Dr. Cheela is one of the best. I recently made an appointment with him, and he was very thorough, and put me at ease. He took the time to explain everything and addressed all my concerns.
