Very friendly and professional attention.

If you like "chop shops" for a peditrician office, this is it. The staff is so unfriendly and incompetent. Be aware that they lose your child's medical records very easily. The staff doesn't call you and remind you of visits for the yearly checkups. They have very poor organization in this office. They are very rude on the phone.

Best Pediatrician in Tampa Bay Area.... I would give him 10 Stars if I could Since we are able to take our daughter the same day that we call, every time we needed he and his stuff are there to help us.. I do travel 22 miles for his service, and it is worth it. Thank you!!!!! God bless Dr Hoyos

New to the area and made first appointment for my son who was sick. They took him in the same day even though he was a new patient and hadn't been seen there. I made them my primary care and very happy with the choice. Staff is friendly building seemed very clean and diagnosis was thorough. I didn't feel rushed but after we were seen, it only took 20min max from time called in with nurse to get weight, etc., see the doctor, and head to get our script which was right next door at the pharmacy! Couldn't have had a better experience.

This office has little flexibility with children who are afraid of needles/fingers pricked.

I sent my son to him for the first time and that is something that I will NEVER do again. The office is run like a monkey circus, and no one can give you a straight answer about anything. If you ask 7 different people in the office about the same question I am sure you will get 8 different responses...that is how disorganized and dysfunctional they are in that office. I have canceled my daughters appointments because I will not subject them to that environment. He rushes through visits without hearing parental concerns. I have no time or tolerance for that. If you don't have the time to dedicate to your patients then DON'T BECOME A DOCTOR!!!! NEVER AGAIN

Dr. Hoyos has been our pediatrician for the last 17 years for my 4 children. He is very knowledgeable and incredibily caring. When you call the office you actually can talk to him and not whomever is on call. He knows the kids, their history, cares about the whole family, has never missed a diagnosis, staff super helpful and attentive, he talks to the kids and never rushes you. he knows us! Love him and follow him anywhere!

We love Dr. Hoyos! I live in tampa and drive all the way to land o' lakes just to see him! My son is the child that starts crying immediately when we get in, and Dr. Hoyos is very patient with him, and very caring! His staff is always very kind, they remember us and make us feel very welcome! Lastly, multiple times we've had to call Dr. Hoyos after hours, and he's always called us right back to help! It's very hard to find great doctors that really care about their patients these days! We are very grateful to have him as our son's pediatrician!
