Dr. Santiago H Pastori, MD

Dr. Santiago Pastori, M.D., specializes in internal medicine with a strong focus on adult and geriatric care. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada. Dr. Pastori completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Larkin Community Hospital Palm Springs Campus in Hialeah, Florida, where he gained extensive experience in primary care, value-based care, and geriatric screening. He previously worked at South Florida Pulmonary Medical Offices and served as a medical assistant at El Encanto Medical Center. His clinical research at the University of Miami's Department of Nephrology contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications. Dr. Pastori also served at Rocher Medical Primary Care Clinic working with HEDIS metrics and Medicare Advantage protocols. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with family and exercising outdoors.
