Dr. Santos Flavio Pacheco, MD

Everytime I have came to this doctor and told him I'm sick with such and such symptoms it's always the same thing a shot in my butt cheek.. and one of those times I got an alergic reaction to one of them as soon as I got home, So I called back telling them and they told me to come back in. When I got there I showed them my alergic reaction and they told me to drive myself to the nearest hospital.. I did and when I got there and was being seen by the nurse he asked me how I got there and I told him my doctor told me to drive myself here.. he looked at me very shocked and told me that a doctor should never tell toy to drive yourself while having an alergic reaction because your throat can close and you can stop breathing which would lead to a car accident. This doctor never really showed me he cared about my health It was always the same thing and when i told him other things that I'm concerned about he would always just brush it off.. I definitely switched doctors right away after… that. Dont come to this place unless you just want unnecessary drugs given to you all the time with never finding out a real solution to your health problems.

I use to have MediCal and was happy to be able to get an appointment the same week and most times the next day. Most clinics I went to before I was given an appoinment for the next month! I appreciate the care that I receive here since I go to see the Dr. Pacheco for free since I have MediCal. I don't understand the people that leave negative reviews, they must be spiteful and trying to fool people. Dr. Pacheco has 2 convenient locations so I understand that he must be stressed out at times but I don't mind since I receive excellent care for the price. My family and friends all see Dr. Pacheco and I highly recommend him.

they OPEN @9 . ERLIEST apointment bout 10 waiting 30-hr goin for a physical .but he checks other stuff .. Rushes .. tone Rude/condescending .. im not much for causing a scene but .iwouldve PRIME EXAMPLEof checking Reviews BEFORE picking a Dr .. smh ..

Its sad when someone is paid to help others and they take advantage of their power and does a very poor job with the care and the relationships with the patients. This is the worst pcp service that I've received and I have Medical. :(

He was very rude and disrespectful. I told him I didn't feel good and he told him I went the hopsital and they didn't find anything. He told me " what do you expect me to do" , then he rushed me out of his office and told me to stop having sex.

I took my daughter for an ear infection and he had a very bad attitude and told me to change Dr. Just because I asked a question about my daughters weight. He was taking patients who were paying first and they didn't care about the order of patients appointment. My daughter has medi-cal !

Rude man only cares about making money.

I highly recommend Dr. Pacheco. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called in. He diagnosed my problems correctly something that other doctors I had been going to could not do. I do not know what the other person that wrote the review for him is talking about. Doctors can't see a person for free and for me to get a very experienced doctor for the price I paid is a great deal. He was very honest and did not make me take some unnecessary testing which some other doctors have done in the past. If you want one of the best doctor in Los Angeles to see you go see Dr. Pacheco.

This Dr. disgusts me, all he cares about is the insurance and the copay. I could of been dying, but all he cared about was the money. After I paid, keep in mind before he even saw me, we spent a total of 5 minutes or less in the examination room and sent me out. I had to go to my Family Dr.You would think with all the money he could have decent chairs and a clean office with friendly staff. The times that I've been there i've seen new staff every time. This doctor needs to get his practice and attitude together. I would not recommend this Dr. to anyone.2 thumbs down.
