Dr. Sapna Shreyas Brogan, MD

Dr. Brogan is not a good doctor. I am chronically ill, so I understand a lot about my body and symptoms. I have an extremely high pain tolerance and I don’t speak up unless something is really bad. I would tell her about symptoms and she would ignore them. After I messed up my knee, I couldn’t stand for too long or get up too fast without beginning to pass out. I told her and started to pass out as she dismissed me. The nurse said I lost the color in my face. I had to lay in the office for a bit to get back to normal. Still, she dismissed it. Now, I have been diagnosed with POTS. If she had believed me before, I would have been able to get aid for my illness. Additionally, I dislocated my knee and knew it was obviously dislocated. She ignored me and told me to take off my brace at night and bend it (which was excruciatingly painful). Weeks later, I got a specialist appointment (nearly impossible to get the referral from her) and he told me to never take off my brace and never bend my… knee. I later had to get surgery to repair the damage. All because she doesn’t believe her patients! People know their bodies the best! Listen to them!!

I've known Dr. Brogan for a 8 months now and she is simply wonderful. Dr. Brogan never makes me feel like my questions are silly and has never rushed me in/out of her office (she's patient and gives time & attention). As a new mom, I have asked for a lot of advice from Dr. Brogan. She is very professional in the way she recommends solutions. Dr. Brogan emphasizes that every baby is different and explains things from alternate perspectives - giving parents the ability to chose what works best for their family/baby, in every situation. I can't say enough about her kindness, professionalism and demeanor. I recommend her to anyone looking for a Pediatrician.
