Dr. Sapna Ajay Patla

My experience with this provider was terrible. I waited two weeks for an appointment, only to have to walk out of her waiting room(after an hour) due to not trusting her to come near my mouth. I came fully prepared with xrays, and insurance information, yet she made me wait in the waiting room for an hour while she called insurance herself to see if i can get MORE xrays, and if my visit would be covered(i told her it was). I also told her that I did not want more xrays bc the ones I had were fine and i didn't want more radiation. I told her that insurance only covers xrays for me every 3 years, and i just got new xrays. She said she just called insurance and they said I would be 100 percent covered for the new xrays. I knew she was lying because i had asked insurance many times. Luckily I walked out of her office, or else i would have been billed for xrays AND gotten more radiation AND had an unethical incompetent dr poking around in my mouth. he staff there was not the friendliest… either, and the dr has a very poor grasp of the english language. She also was sitting there texting people while i was waiting an hour to go in. RUN don't walk away from this provider. I'm a medicaid patient, and even with a 0 dollar copay I ran from her! I also want to mention that on one of the forms it said (in poor English) that patients agree not to post anything online about her...I have a feeling she reads these sites and posts her own 5 star reviews. I didn't sign any forms luckily!
