Dr. Sapna Tandon, DO

I had miscarried my first pregnancy but was told by the nurse that I could not see dr tandon in her CT office bc I now lived in New York, even though she had been my Obgyn for over 10 years. She told me I’d have to find an ob in New York (yeah, good luck finding a quick appointment as a new patient in Manhattan) I ended up having to go to the ER and miscarrying there...a real pleasure. when I finally went back to dr tandon, she prescribed me a medication and there was an issue with my insurance. I called the office at 4pm on a Friday as soon as I found out and of course they were already gone for the day. I requested to speak to an on call doctor to resubmit my Rx bc I was instructed to take it that day but the answering service told me that they “under no circumstances” would page a dr for a prescription issue over the weekend. (FYI 4pm on a Friday is not even the weekend but that’s besides the point) this office is fine if you are a normal, run of the mill patient but don’t expect… them to actually care about the pregnant women they serve or treat their long standing patients with any kind of respect, they simply do not care. I’m sure they get a ton of regular patients and make their money and that’s good enough for them.

I have been going to this practice for over 25 years. I have always been extremely happy with my originating Doctor , then he retired 2 years ago, last year I was assigned another Dr. who was ok, but then I find out he also retired, I was losing trust in this Office as a whole especially with Stfd closing its office . I was keeping my last appt. and then shopping for Dr.s I already had a list. My last appt was with Dr. Tandon, who I met for the first time. She was quick , through, professional and sincere I was blown away with her awesome mannerism and knowledge . Therefore changed my mind and staying.

After I had my last child my gynecologist retired and I was recommended to a few that did not measure up at all. My PCP referred me to Dr. Tandon and I could not have been happier. She listens, gives you all the time you need, answers all questions and is a genuinely caring doctor. I have had surgery by Dr. Tandon and she made it a very easy experience. In my opinion she is a 5 star doctor.

I love Dr Tandon she is awesome very caring and companionate. Highly recommended ! Great Dr. She is very friendly and very professional.

Dr. Tandon went out of her way to make me feel comfortable during my pregnancy and delivery. She is professional, caring, and answered all my questions. I feel lucky to have her as my doctor.

She is one of the best Doctors that i have ever seen...Even when you have a complications , she will make things very easy and wont scare you for any matter...She was the one who delivered my baby and i was very satisfied with her...The whole delivery took me 25 min and was a normal delivery..I She is the best.

I have seen Dr. Tandon twice due to not being able to schedule an appt with Dr. Blair (who is highly requested and the best!). The first time I shrugged off the poor bed side manner due to her possibly having an "off day." However, the next time I saw her, she was exactly the same. Not courteous nor apologetic at all even though I had to wait 20+ minutes once I sat in the patient examination room. I am no doctor, but her examination was not thorough. I was only asked a few things and she was rushed in her answers when I asked questions. The entire examination took less than 10 minutes.

She is wonderful- a very nice person, an excellent clinician. Has helped me through my complicated pregnancies, and is fantastic during labor and delivery- spends a lot of time with patients.

I love Dr. Tandon. She is always very sweet and listens to me. She makes me feel very comfortable at my visits. I also recommend all of the other doctors in the office. I met all of them during my pregnancy and dealt with three of them during my 30 hours of labor!

A great doctor to have one your side. Excellent bedside manner. Very easygoing, non-judgmental and supportive.
