Dr. Saqib Nisar, MD

Dr. Saqib Nisar is a board-certified physician specializing in geriatric medicine, hospital medicine, and internal medicine. He completed his medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and finished his residency training at St Mary Mercy Hospital and Trinity Health Livonia Hospital in 2021. Dr. Nisar further advanced his expertise through a fellowship at Loyola University Medical Center in 2022, bringing nine years of clinical experience to his practice. He is fluent in Hindi and Urdu, allowing him to serve diverse patient communities.

Dr. Nisar practices at multiple Northwestern Medicine locations throughout northern Illinois, including hospitals in Huntley, Woodstock, and McHenry, as well as the Regional Medical Group clinic in Crystal Lake. His clinical focus centers on caring for older adults, managing fall prevention programs, and providing comprehensive home care medicine services.
