Best Doctor I have ever had been seeing him for years !!!

I work for a durable medical equipment company. We deal with sick oxygen patients and I was calling for one of our patients to get a prescription faxed over so their equipment will be paid for by insurance and the receptionist I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude!! She kept cutting me off and didn't seem to care who the patient was or what I was calling for. It's called customer service!!!! If you don't care about the patients, find a new job!!!!

I like Dr. Q a lot. I see him to monitor my blood pressure and non threatening illnesses like a sore throat, or a bad case of poison ivy. But for any real serious issues I would see someone else. He is quick to write scripts, and doesn't prompt you when you need to come back for a recheck. I know those post cards from your Dr.'s office can be annoying, "Hello, it's been six months since your last visit" but they are helpful.

I was in serious pain with stomach problems. He looked at me like I was dirt. He gave me a prescription told me to take it for 90 days and not to bother him with this again. A few days later the pain was just. I called the office spoke to Linda. He was on vaction and never called. I found a real doctor, had tests done and found out I have a group of ulsers and on was bleeding. Go the a doctor that wants to treat people.

Dr. Q has always been a great supporter of my health both physicaly and emotionally. My diabetes has been a bit of a struggle in recent years and when my personal life took a turn for the worse, though unrelated to my diabetes,the stress affected me greatly. He showed real compasion and true concern. He not only helped me through the physical treatement to get my diabetes back on track, but was compassionate, caring, and deeply concerned for my mental health, he took great care of me and gave me strength in my time of need.

I have seen dr qureshi for several years now and found him decent at first but when he told me "it is all in your head" I soon realized this was not the doctor for me. He has been unable to find a diagnosis of my test results and became frustrated when I asked him if he would refer me to another doctor that is a little more familiar with cases like mine and pretty much told me my health issues weren't really a concern. My adrenals have been a bit screwed up but he hasn't been proactive in finding out what is causing it. I have had to call to followup on any tests run, when his staff was supposed to let me know within a day or two!His billing department is a mess. I never received an invoice but received a statement several months after I saw him. I requested an itemized invoice as the statement had an amount and no additional info. I have requested a proper invoice on several occasions and have not received one.The only people I would recommend him to would be for someone who has a… common cold and wants to be seen that very day!

Dr. Qureshi is AWESOME, as is his office staff! I have never waited more than 10 minutes to get in to be seen. I have never felt rushed when I am being seen. They are more than caring and helpful! I love this doctor's office and will never switch.
