I was referred to Dr. Siddiqui by my attorney in Ft. Lauderdale. The first surgery went according to plan. After my follow up of 7 weeks, I told him I was ready for PT and go back to work. He insisted that I needed a second fusion because he had to join pins or posts to the vertebrae. I was concerned about it and I called my attorney and was told that he knows what he's doing. I was set up for surgery, and he made me wait 6 hours in the pre-OP room. I should have known then. After the surgery, which was done in a an outpatient facility, I went with my brother for an MRI. It proved that he made a mistake. The pain was unbearable. It was then determined that he was going to correct the wrongdoing. While waiting again in preop, he walked in an hour late with his assistant and just like that decided he wasn't going to repair it, but that it would repair itself. No surgeon would take the case. I would have written sooner, but never had to deal with this type of thing before. As I… lay her with ice, heat, lidocaine patches, I'm still looking for a comparison to compare. Again an incompetent Spine doctor neglected to do a peer to peer talk with the insurance company. He quickly picked up and closed his office in Ft. Lauderdale. I would not recommend him at all, and when I get to the bottom of this, he will be exposed. So will my attorney who referred me the incompetent surgeon. Ft. Lauderdale, Fl.

Dr Siddiqui performed my surgery in 2014. My post surgical pain was almost unbearable. his partner looked in on me the next morning and didn't seem to believe me. Weeks later the Physical Therapist thought my left clavicle bone had been fractured during surgery "Gee I wonder why I experienced so much pain! By 2016 I was having neck pain & arm numbness again. Found out I need to have this surgery done again. NOT going to go back to Dr Siddiqui or The Spine Institute.

If you want the best be prepared to wait. Dr. Siddiqui is very polite, passionate and caring and knows what he is talking about! Definitely worth the wait and money!

I was mis diagnosed before seeing Dr.Siddiqui . Upon my first visit Dr . Siddiqui and Dr. Lee took time to explain my MRI findings . I was able to ask questions and receive answers . I was in no way rushed through my appointment. I had 3 level acdf surgery and am feeling relief . Dr . Siddiqui provides excellent care and helped but my mind at ease . Dr Lee also provides wonderful care by following up on my condition and being available to call upon at anytime. Both doctors are amazing and I wouldn't want any other Dr providing care for me .

Dr. Siddiqui took my case when every other major orthopedic and neurological surgeon in the Texas Medical Center and The Woodlands simply shook their head in dismay and stated "It's too complicated". After hearing that from the best surgeons in this area I was about to give up and "accept my fate" as one prominent surgeon at FOG told me to do. But, when I lost muscle function and sensation in both legs progressively I decided to follow a personal referral from a friend to see Dr. Saqib Siddiqui (not the other Siddiqui in town). Dr. Saqib Siddiqui has completely relieved my bilateral sciatica and I am on the road to building strength again. My sensation has already returned to near normal. I walked the day of surgery, out of the brace two weeks later, off all narcotics within a month of surgery. I'm swimming, walking, riding my bike, and can sit longer than 15 minutes without pain, numbness, or limping. Please don't delay! I just had my final visit today to get released after having a discectomy and laminectomy. I went to Dr. Siddiqui as a second opinion for the surgery. He spent so much time with me and explained everything to me so thoroughly that I cancelled surgery with my original surgeon. I felt relief (from a pinched nerve) the minute I woke up from surgery. I did have a complication (infection) after surgery (not the Dr.'s fault). I can not express how well I was taken care of. Dr. Siddiqui's staff coordinated my entire care, from making all my appointments for mri's, x-rays and specialists, to arranging transportation when I could not drive post-op. His expertise and his staff made all the difference in my recovery. I am very grateful to them all.

If you have a minor back condition do not go there. He is always interested in major cases (you know, surgery, MRI). I spend like one hour waiting and he spent like less than 10 minutes with me. Waist of time. After 6 months my back pain is still there.

I have suffered for 4 years, went through dozens of tests, MRI, CT, Xrays, mylogram, nerve conduction and the lists goes on. I have seen 5 surgeons: 3 neurologists, 2 orthopedics. Dr. Siddiqui of The Woodlands Spine Center was the only surgeon who gave me options and was confident that the results would improve my quality of life. I just had a disc replaced in my neck a 2 days ago and I can tell you that I came home the same day (outpatient) and besides from being a little sore, I can't believe the changes! I was told a fusion was the only way to go by the other doctors and most said it may not change my condition. I am so thankful for Dr. Siddiqui and his wonderful staff I recommend anyone being told a fusion is the only way to go to give Dr. Siddiqui a call for a 2nd opinion or like me a 5th opinion. I am planning to have my lumbar surgery with Dr. Siddiqui as soon as I recover.
