Dr. Andert listens to me. I am careful to explicitly describe my symptoms. If she feels I need a specialist, she refers me immediately. I feel she genuinely cares about her patients. I'm on medicare, and I receive excellent care from Dr. Andert.

Sara Andert was my primary care doctor and ha been for about a year. I began having seriously problems with menstration and the pain was absolutely unberable so I was perscribed pain killers. Months later I went back for the same issue, still having tons of unanswered questions, and instead of being referred to a gynecologist, she accused me of having a substance abuse problem. 2 years later I was diagnosed with PCOS after completely switching doctors and even offices. I am still extremely disappointed by my experience with this doctor.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Andert is an incredible physician. My first appointment with her was my "new patient" appointment and by just looking at my neck she figured out I had a thyroid problem. It wasn't noticeable to anyone else so I was very impressed. It turned out I had thyroid cancer and because of her early diagnosis I didn't even have to receive quemo when I had my thyroid removed. Then I came in with an "allergic reaction" on my hands and she immediately sent me to do several different blood tests that confirmed her suspicions that I had an auto-immune disorder. I am 41, fit and in relatively good health so the fact that she can see through all of that and immediately diagnose the problems is very reassuring to me as her patient. Dr. Andert is also very professional, caring, attentive and has impeccable bedside manners. I fully recommend her to anyone looking for quality care.

When I go to a doctor, I am usually VERY sick, otherwise I try to avoid them. I went in for a very bad bronchial infection (it was clearly not a virus), and instead of being asked about my illness, I was questioned by Yolanda about how many children I had, how many pregnancies; what was I using for birth control, etc. Not only was the line of questioning irrelevant to the problem, I felt a personal boundary was being crossed in the name of medicine. Further, if I had not insisited, she would have refused to give me antibiotics. I have not been back since.
