Sara Azam, MD, FACP

Dr. Sara Azam is an internal medicine physician who specializes in helping patients achieve healthier weights and manage metabolic conditions. She earned her medical degree from King Edward Medical University and completed her residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital through the Bronx Care Health System in 2019.
