SARA FAWSON, DNP CNM WHNP-BC is a BOARD CERTIFIED WOMEN'S HEALTH NURSE PRACTITIONER and MIDWIFEWith 18 years of experience in women’s health care and 8 years of midwifery experience. She graduated with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Utah in 2016.Sara’s goal is to provide meaningful midwifery care in her community. She hasbeen positively impacted by the care and support she has received from nurse midwives throughout her life. Sara strives to provide the same level of care to the women she cares for. She loves to help women through health and life issues, support their decisions, provide care throughout labor, and cheer them on when they give birth to their babies. She collaborates with other caregivers in her area to enhance birthing environments in hospitals and birthing centers to be supportive of women and their health care choices.Sara recognizes birth as a natural and normal process and not a medical procedure.
