Sara E. Harcourt

Sara Harcourt, RD is a dedicated nutritionist practicing dietetics at Intermountain Health’s Sevier Valley Hospital in Richfield, Utah. She supports patients in Richfield, Glenwood, Fillmore, Delta, Wayne County, and other surrounding communities and counties in central Utah, specializing in treating conditions such as diabetes, chronic kidney disease, disordered eating patterns, overweight and obesity and nutrition for sports performance. She is committed to equality in health care and believes in treating obesity as a disease resulting from a cultural shift away from whole foods rather than a lack of discipline.

Sara prioritizes her patient’s well-being by working collaboratively to make small changes for better health. She emphasizes the importance of authenticity and sincerity in her practice. She is passionate about chronic disease prevention and treatment, nutrition during dialysis, and optimal sports nutrition for high school and collegiate athletes.

Outside of …work, the Glenwood, Utah native enjoys fireworks, watching baseball games, crossword puzzles, card games, volleyball, and campfires with family and friends. She lives in Richfield, Utah with her husband and their four children, actively participating in community activities and coaching recreation sports. Sara also serves as an assistant hurdle coach for the local high school, teaching young athletes about lifelong nutrition.
