Saw fr nolan told her pain mgmt dr put her weight on my stomach i have a hiatial hernia &it hurt so i told dr.nolan i would like to have slapped her dr Nolan immediately sent letter stating that i wished to harm the pain mgmt apnp because of my pain mgmt medication and that is totslly wrong

I have been seeing Dr. Nolan for 4 years and she has not disappointed. She knows her stuff and assesses your needs in a quick and efficient manner. She is very punctual and makes an effort to get to know her patients. I highly recommend her.

I love Dr. Nolan. She is very nice and very easy to talk to. She likes to laugh which is a great aspect for me to have in a doctor.

Getting an appointment with this doctor appears to be relatively easy compared to most, and generally I am seen by the doctor within minutes of my arrival. Unfortunately, this does not translate into more time with the doctor discussing my health concerns. Average wait time to see the doctor is about 10 minutes from arrival, with the average time actually with the doctor roughly half that time.The doctor comes across as caring, concerned, and knowledgeable at first. But, within a minute or less, I got the distinct impression that the doctor had far more important things to do and was in a hurry to go do them. A family member I brought with me during the second appointment confirms this.One thing I have a short fuse about is doctors who are either too afraid or too egotistical to admit when they don't know something. This gets compounded when that fear or ego issue causes the doctor to make obvious mistakes. During my second visit, the doctor made a statement that amounted to a… wild guess, it was that erroneous.The professionalism of most of the staff is top notch. Were it not for a couple of encounters with one specific individual on the staff, that rating would have been excellent. However, the conduct and actions of that one individual are so out of line as to warrant an overall poor rating, particular in light of the fact that no one can contact the doctor except through her.As a result of that one individual, there is no followup, at least not in my case. This has resulted in my having to postpone my care regarding what appears to be a serious health issue indefinitely, while I search for another doctor.

Dr. Nolan was very warm and freindly. She has a beautiful smile. I really felt like she cared and was concerned about my health issues.
