Dr. Smith made me feel very comfortable when I had my visit with her today. Even asking questions I felt as ease and not embarrased. She did not make me feel rushed which was important to me. Thank you Dr. Smith for being a kind Dr.

I haven't had much luck in finding a doctor that actually listened to me and didn't just brush past the issues and prescribe me whatever. Dr. Smith listened and created a plan that although a lot of information was shared, didn't feel overwhelming. Her medical assistant Erica was caring and listened and I walked out in good spirits. From Erica to Dr. Smith to the office staff, they were all so nice, caring and informative. I wasn't just a number, I felt like a person they truly cared for.

Today was my 4th visit with Dr. Smith. She has always been open to listening and responding to my questions. After one visit, she was quick to respond to an additional question I asked in the patient portal. Today was an outpatient diagnostic procedure. We were able to agree on what needed to be done and the procedure went better than we both expected. The nursing staff and other doctors involved were also kind, supportive, and engaging.
