My approach to care begins with compassion and knowledge. Because I view each patient as a person and not just “someone to fix,” I hope to demonstrate my respect for patients and my passion for treating their needs. My goal is to give them the best, welcoming experience possible.
I enjoy the hospitalist role because I’m able to dive into every patient’s case. I love nursing in general, and my previous 10 years of bedside experience really put the cherry on top.
At the end of the day, it’s all about giving your best efforts to everyone while showing people that their lives truly mean something to you, personally and professionally.
