Horrible experience with this provider and staff. I went for one visit as a new patient. I was scheduled with this provider as the front desk informed me she was able to provide services for my diagnosis. I met the provider who immediately told me that this was incorrect and she was the wrong person to see. The visit ended without any services being provided. She then billed the visit incorrectly as confirmed by her staff and my insurance. This resulted in me paying out of pocket for the visit (normal copay 25$). Since this visit in April 2024, I have been attempting to contact Ms. Thrash to correct the error. She has refused to admit the error and I am still in considerable financial distress due to her lack of communication, empathy, and general lack of ethics as a provider and human being. Avoid this office at all costs.
