I'm always left feeling like we discussed everything I'm concerned about during my visit. I have the opportunity to bring forth concerns and ask questions about my treatment. I understand the treatment plan and feel that I receive information from my provider to make sure I understand my treatment and the goals of my treatment. Side effects were discussed and I understand what to look out for if there are any concerns or issues I may have. I feel I can contact the office with any questions or concerns.
