I met Dr Sarah in 2013 she is so generous,humble, super polite, calm and an angel. While talking to her I was looking in her eyes ( which I thought will burst into tears but she was controlling, this could be a part of the adolescent treatment ) but for me at that moment it was someone who understood completely. Just by seeing her nodding her head and a subtle smile on her face made me positive. And Dr assured me next time when I'm in trouble just see her. It was then next episode when I was biking roughly and was about to hit anything on a freeway her car comes in front of me and I went home like a good boy. I want to thank you from bottom of my heart for being so helpful. I wish to see you again in this life. Very professional.

Dr Atkinson has provided excellent care for two of my children. Her medication suggestions have been excellent. My children are happier and healthier because of her care.

after waiting months to get in with her, her secretary calls the day before my appointment to say she needs to cancel because she has a clinical trial going on until May. I now have to either wait another two months to speak to her or find someone else. I imagine she's known this trial was going on for a while and don't understand why you would wait to cancel until the day before, not to mention this isn't something that is okay to be pushed off that long.

Dr Atkinson wrote a wrong prescription to Wegmans. I should have listened to the pharmacist and asked for a review of my new medication. I said to the pharmacist, there’s no reason I’ve been taking this medication for 2 years. I get home, the pills look the same, I took it and I had a really bad reaction . I then called her and then she sent a correct prescription to Wegmans. She doesn’t care about her patients, only the pharmaceutical companies that pay her. Stay away, I can’t strongly recommend my advice more than this.

Waited 1 l/2 hours!

Dr Atkinson has treated both my son and I. She knows her stuff! She is very to the point. You may not always get the answer you want, but you'll get the correct answer! She meets you exactly where you are in your disorder, if you've had treatment or not, she will help guide you to the appropriate treatment.

Violated my privacy with a loved one to create a situation where I would need to keep seeing her for treatment. Did not listen to my concerns about my own mental health, instead fished for the answers she wanted and only took into consideration what my loved one needed to not have to deal with or see my problems.

Very rude, doesn't listen, doesn't explain diagnoses or any other related questions. creepy staff.
