Dr. Sarah S Bagwell, MD

This provider was caring and listened at the beginning of her career. Now she is extremely dismissive, as you see from the last 2021. It isn't about color here. This has become who she is, one who hides portal messages to cover her tracks and documents what she wants to make herself look good. She was not this way before having her last child and COVID becoming a thing. Which makes me wonder if she has postpartum depression or something else going on with her. Either way, it is unacceptable when someone's life is in your hands. Patient advocates at this facility are not Patient Advocates. They only help the staff—more of liability protection for them.

I don’t know if Dr. Bagwell does like black people are is just not into taking care of patients but she has been awful in the treatment of my young daughter. She ignored small requests for labs and simple VS. Patient reps have been know good as well. I will be filling a grievance to UAB and the medical board if I can

Couldn’t ask for a finer doctor! Listens to you and takes all the time you want!

I have seen Dr. Bagwell a few times now. She takes the time needed with her patients. The best care I've gotten from a primary care my whole adult life.

I am very happy with the level of care and how thorough Dr Bagwell was at my first two office visits.
