It is a great office. I have always been met with a smile from check-in to check-out. Dr Bell is very knowledgeable and professional. She is friendly, easy to talk to and explains test results in an understandable manor. I have never felt rushed by any of the staff or Dr Bell. I especially enjoy the sense of humor that resonates throughout the office. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I have been seeing Dr Bell for about 10 years. She had always has been professional, direct and comical. The front desk has their act together also. Explaining different diagnosis is her strong point and she always makes sure you understand. Appointment was in timely manner as well.

Dr Bell was very professional, cheerful and explained what was going on with my eye in a very easy to understand way. She genuinely seemed concerned and provided excellent care.

The staff was so pleasant. Ray in optical is an angel. This was my first visit and Dr. Bell explained everything and answered all my questions. I’ve never had a bad experience with Horizon but Dr. Bell seemed so much more informative and personable. Really enjoyed the entire experience.

Dr Bell was amazing and so were the ladies at the front but the rest of the experience was a little disappointing. Everyone seemed nice but I was there for two hours which seemed a little excessive for a routine exam. The guy at the front that is supposed to show you glasses seemed like he was too busy for me and kept trying to almost talk me out of getting a pair. I ended up just leaving
